Neil Dhillon

Director of Global Public Affairs, he consults with Fortune 500
companies, trade groups, and foreign governments, advising them on
matters of government relations and communications and policy strategy.
Dhillon has used his thirty years in politics to assist a wide range of
clients.
Dhillon has worked in national and state
level politics. He was the late Congressman Robert Matsui’s Chief of
Staff from 1988 to 1993. After that he was appointed Senior Aide to
President Bill Clinton. President Clinton cited Neil Dhillon as one of
the tip Asian American political appointees at the White House during a
ceremony soon after he started his stint there. Before joining NA
Consulting, Dhillon was the Managing Director
and Senior Vice President of Government Relations at the MSL Group from
2008 to 2013. MSL Group’s Washington, DC office reported record growth
under his leadership. With MSL, Dhillon supervised a large staff of
talented individuals and managed the lobbying efforts of numerous
Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, and non-profits.
