Global Public Affairs

Neil Dhillon is an award-winning lobbyist and Global Public Affairs Professional at NA Consulting Services in Washington, DC. In his role as Senior Vice President and Director of Global Public Affairs, he advises clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to trade groups to foreign governments on aspects of government relations and communications strategy.

Dhillon has many years of experience in power politics at both the State and national levels. He served as the Chief of Staff to the late Congressman Robert Matsui from 1988 to 1993, and was a Senior Aide to President Bill Clinton in 1993. President Clinton recognized Neil Dhillon as one of his top Asian American political appointees at a White House ceremony in January of that year.

Neil Dhillon was the Managing Director and Senior Vice President of Government Relations at the MSL Group from 2008 to 2013. He led that organization’s Washington office to record growth, supervising a large staff and managing government relations programs for Fortune 500 companies, trade associations, and non-profit groups. 

He has also been a Managing Director at Ruder Finn, where he was a trusted advisor and public affairs strategist and led operations of its Washington office. Through the tireless efforts of Neil Dhillon, clients received top tier media interviews on such outlets as CNN, NBC, ABC, CBS, National Public Radio, the New York Times, and the Washington Post.

He attended The American University in Washington, DC, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1984.
